You may already be a blogger or looking at starting your first blog. One of the reasons why blogging has taken over personal websites is that unless a website you don’t need to design and develop a blog. There are numerous ready to use blogging platforms, which enable you to start blogging within few minutes.

However, the other end of this advantage is the dilemma – which platform should you choose to start your own blog? Should I use WordPress or Blogger or some thing else? Which add on features (tag cloud, social bookmarking, user feedback) should I add to my blog?

For sure, whether it is a website or a blog, content is the king. Nevertheless, given the social media nature of blogging, add on features play an important role in making a blog successful. In order to revamp this blog and our online marketing blog at OMLogic, I started an enquiry to find out the favorite blogs of other people. I posted the questions asking ‘Which is your favorite blog?’ at LinkedIn and techTribe. And, I must thank wonderful people (across the world), who open heartedly responded to my question.
